LCC's Carrier Pre Selection (CPS) allows customers to access these low cost calls without the need for engineering visits to change or add to existing equipment. When you join LCC for your calls service we will contact BT to have your outgoing calls routed automatically via our telecom network partners. The whole process is easy and straight forward; you do not need to make any changes and your phone number remains the same. It is simple, convenient and it works. The only change customers’ notice is the reduced bill.

Moving to LCC could not be easier. There are no set up costs, no change to your existing number, no need to dial access codes – just a simple and seamless move to cheaper calls, tailored to your individual needs, therefore causing no disruption to the day to day running of your business.

New orders for voice calls follow an industry standard process and take 10 working days to go live. Once you place an order, we will keep you informed of progress and send you a letter confirming the date on which you go-live and start to place calls via us.save up to 80% on your calls
