How does FeaturePlus work?

The simple plug and play kits come pre-configured and are very easy to use, just plug it into your broadband router and you can make & receive calls! The ‘On Screen’ web interface opens up access to a brand new world where you are in control of what happens to your telephone calls

FeaturePlus can be used with either analogue or IP Phones and the necessary hardware is delivered programmed ready for use. Calls are routed over a highly available broadband connection (or an existing connection can may also be used) to the core network where they are switched for onwards routing.

Each user is provided with an on-line control panel that enables them to control their service in real time; everything from setting their voicemail to delivering messages to email, to turning on their call forwarding so all their calls are automatically transferred to their mobile phone.
